C&FS Extends a Thank You to Fashion Bug Stores and Shoppers

Fashion Bug stores throughout Western New York pitched in to help students from the Stanley G. Falk School and Child & Family Services head back to school! From August 1st through Labor Day, six Fashion Bug retail locations hosted a successful school supply collection to benefit the students served by several of our agency’s programs. Thanks to the amazing generosity of donors at these locations, more than a dozen boxes of much-needed school supplies were distributed to students at all three Stanley G. Falk School locations, and to boys and girls at all four of the agency’s residential facilities: Conners Children’s Center RTC & RTFC, Lee Randall Jones Community Residence and Morey House Group Home. Thank you again to Fashion Bug and the donors who supported these collections! Your gifts are helping students in need reach their academic goals by giving them the basic tools required to succeed in the classroom.

Beginning in June of this year, Child & Family Services proudly launched an exciting new partnership with Fashion Bug locations in the region. The retail chain, with 11 stores throughout Western New York, generously sponsored several collection drives during the past months, including a cell phone collection to benefit domestic violence survivors at Haven House, as well as a Dash’s Market receipt collection.

Fashion Bug’s generosity will continue in the upcoming months by hosting a winter coat, hat and mitten drive at locations throughout the region. Thank you again to Fashion Bug for their support of Child & Family Services, Stanley G. Falk and those we serve!
