Community Based Services

Vendor Services

The Vendor Services Program assists and supports children and their families who are enrolled in Wraparound, Home & Community-Based Services Waiver and Bridges to Health (B2H). This program links highly certified service providers, many from the Stanley G. Falk School, to assist children with a mental health diagnosis and behavioral or emotional needs. The providers’ specialized skill set allows them to work with the at-risk youth and help the at risk youth to confront the unique challenges they are faced with in order to achieve stability in their homes and community.

Vendor Services offers a diverse range of in-home and community supports to prevent out of-home-placement including: traditional counseling, mentorship, tutoring, parent-skill building, respite services, crisis training, career training, therapeutic recreation and other community-based options.
