After Hours Child Protective Services
Child Protective Services/After Hours investigates reports of child abuse and neglect
that are made through the NYS Child Abuse Hotline. This service is provided through
a contract for after-hours services (nights, weekends and holidays) with Erie County
Department of Social Services. Emergency foster homes are provided on a temporary
basis for children in need.
