Conflict? Disagreement? Dispute? In a fight?
No matter what you call it, conflict happens to everyone. Families, friends and
neighbors have trouble communicating, seeing others points of view or getting along
from time to time.
Groups, organizations and businesses involve people with different backgrounds,
priorities and communication styles.
The Center for Resolution and Justice (CRJ) is a community dispute resolution center
operated by Child & Family Services. Since 1982, our professional staff and
trained volunteer mediators have been working together to help Western New Yorkers
find solutions to conflict.
When conflict happens, the Center for Resolution and Justice (CRJ) can help.
The Center for Resolution and Justice provides Dispute Resolution
to help people with everyday conflicts and complex disputes. We offer
Group Facilitation to help groups and teams work better together. Our
Education and Training programs teach people to mediate and to improve
communication and conflict management skills.
