Haven House Legal Clinic

Oftentimes a victim of domestic violence needs legal advice and counsel, to obtain critical information about their legal rights on issues such as custody and divorce. The Haven House Legal Clinic is available to help. The Haven House Legal Clinic offers a one-time consultation with a volunteer attorney, and referrals for ongoing assistance. The Haven House Legal Clinic is a program operated by the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, Inc., in cooperation with the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. Appointments are needed and can be made by calling the Haven House Hotline at (716) 884-6000.
