Workplace Mediation
Workplace mediation is available to employees and employers seeking a conflict free
environment. Our programs provide on and off site mediation to help companies and
organizations:
- Foster and maintain a conflict free environment
- Increase productiveness of employees
- Manage conflict between co-workers, or staff and supervisors
